We will hold any provisional date for 14 days without obligation.
If you wish to secure the date and make a definite booking, a non-refundable deposit of £250 will be required. By paying a deposit you are agreeing to the terms and conditions detailed here.
3 weeks prior to your wedding date, we will require final numbers and catering requirements.
Any reductions in numbers after this date will still be charged on your final invoice.
You will be invoiced following the receipt of final numbers and your invoice should be settled at least one week prior to the date of your wedding.
A standard linen charge of £75 will be made for all bookings
A minimum spend of £3500 is required for Saturday bookings, £2500 for Friday April to September inclusive. £2500 on Saturdays October to March.
Cancellation within 6 months of the booked wedding date will result in a cancellation charge of £2500. If we re-sell the date, the cancellation charge will be refunded.
Any special dietary requirements that arise on the day will be charged accordingly.
If you employ the services of a DJ or band, they will be required to provide us with up to date PAT testing certificates and also a copy of their public liability insurance.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest we feel may be behaving in an unacceptable manner. We also reserve the right to ask them to leave our premises. Our decision is final.
Alcohol not purchased on the premises is not permitted and will be confiscated. We do not allow alcoholic favours on tables.
We reserve the right to increase prices quoted in line with market fluctuations.
